Please join Heather Hope and Alex William for Shamanic Breathwork from 6pm to 8pm at The 602 Club.We start with a brief angel card check in, followed by Qi Gong led by Alex to get our energy flowing. Then we lay down and practice the breathing technique; when paired with Shamanic music and ceremony leads people to have a spiritual/ healing/ relaxing experience.
